Not all showers are created equal. Few, if any, match Custom Quality Marble's standards. Unlike most showers that are constructed with just marble wall panels placed on a marble, acrylic, or fiberglass shower floor, each of Custom Quality Marble's showers is constructed using a proprietary design with an exclusive 5 year shower pan limited warranty against water leakage. This is by far one of the best warranties offered in Austin and the surrounding area. Our proprietary design is so well-regarded, that The University of Texas selected it as the reference design for all of its facilities. See our showroom for more details about this design.

On a typical shower, the only protection against water leakage is the caulk and silicone joints around walls and the shower drain. Depending on usage, care and maintenance of the shower, water can slowly penetrate through those joints and accumulate behind your shower floor and walls promoting fungus and mildew growth, odors, and can eventually weaken wood structures by attracting termites.

To prevent water leakage, every Custom Quality Marble shower is constructed with a custom-made waterproof fiberglass pan supported by a sloped concrete sub-floor below each sloped shower floor. You can be worry-free from water damage due to pan leaks, fungus growth and strong odors associated with improperly designed showers.

Shower Seats

A shower seat is one of the most useful options you can add to your shower. A shower seat is a convenient feature especially for those who need a little help getting in and out of the shower. It also provides a good shaving area for the ladies. Unlike most shower seats that are constructed with wood and covered by marble pieces, our exclusive shower seat design requires no prior construction of wood thus reducing the possibilities of water and termite damage.

Custom Quality Marble offers four types of shower seat designs to best accommodate your style and preference. The corner seat configuration is designed where space is a consideration and the bench seat is designed for larger showers.

Soap and Shampoo Holders

A cultured marble recessed soap and shampoo holder is a great alternative to a typical add-on shower caddy which, over time, can rust and stain your wall. Our soap and shampoo holder is installed by recessing it into the wall creating a clean, flush appearance. Every Custom Quality Marble shower comes with a medium size soap and shampoo holder at no additional cost and the large size is available as an upgrade option.

A recessed soap dish is ideal for Ernie’s rubber ducky or a bar of soap within your easy reach while taking a bath. Our medium size soap & shampoo holder holds up to two bottles of shampoo and one bar of soap. For extra storage requirements, the large soap and shampoo holder is the best choice. Our large soap and shampoo holder can hold up to four bottles of shampoo and three bars of soap.
